Another fabric container

Made this fabric container for my new sewing room. Have decide this is the colour I want and will do 3 or for in different sizes to put in my new spruced up sewing room. Will take photos when it's all completed.

Have stitched the inside corner pieces in a way that I can store small scissors and pens or pencils in.

Tauranga Patchwork and Quilters group 25th anniversary

Tauranga Patchwork and Quilters group in the North Island of New Zealand. That's where I live. It's been going for 25 years now, and recently we all went out for lunch to celebrate. A great group of ladies and a great time we all had. I'm on the right in dark blue and with curly hair.

Containers for my revamped sewing room.

My dear husband has given me the go-ahead to do up my sewing room. New paint, curtain, and heaps of shelving. Can't wait to get started. So have decided to make a few fabric containers to put some of my stuff in. This is the first one, hope to make them in different sizes to put on the shelves. Man I can't sleep thinking about all the things I want to do to the room. As I said to my hubby, I want to plan it carefully, I'll probably not get another chance for a very long time, and I want to try to have no regrets.

Cat bag

Just made this for one of my granddaughters, think I might need to make another for the other granddaughter, such fun to make, I need more granddaughters!!!
